HOW to participate?

Participation is FREE!
This competition is the official WAMT World Championship 2021.
1. ALL VIDEOS MUST BE FILMED IN 2020./2021.
2. To participate you should send video to email:
[email protected]
Deadline is August 22nd 2021.
Videos can be from competition, practice, show, from home. You do not have to be in a costume.
You can send multiple videos but not in the same discipline (competing against yourself-same dancers).
Please make sure you write your name, team, country, and discipline when submitting a video.
Videos without provided general information will not be accepted.
All videos must be filmed in one take only (no cutting footage or speeding up videos). It is allowed to edit music in videos to achieve better sound quality.
3. Age categories:
Children- up to 7 years of age
Cadets 7-11
Juniors 12-14
Seniors 15-26
Grandseniors 27+
*If you are submitting an older video- please register age category that matches age of dancers from the video, not their current age.
4. Divisions: Solo, Duo/trio, mini, stage (big formation)
5. Disciplines: All majorette and twirling disciplines from WAMT Competition Rulebook
6. Choreographies will be judged by WAMT International Judges. Chief Judge is Larissa Tamburro, Italy
7. There aren't any obligatory elements
Please respect restrictions in certain disciplines (open bat, open pom, show, traditional bat)
Please respect the time limits for choreographies
8. What will be judged: choreography, originality, level of work with equipment, diversity of elements, music, artistic expression.
9. List of registered choreographies ("start list") will be published on August 25th 2021.
10. AWARDS
All places- online diplomas- they will be published on WAMT Website
1st, 2nd, 3rd place- World Champion titles
All participants will be able to buy medals (Custom made or economy model) after publishing the results. All medals will be sent by mail.
Best of the best will be awarded:
Starting fees for WAMT World Championship 2022.
Special awards awarded by WAMT Judging Panel
11. Sending video is in the same time permission for sharing this video on our websites.
12. All videos will be published on our websites.
13. In the competition can participate all of majorettes around the world - from all countries, teams and federations.
14. Chief Judge has right to disqualify inappropriate videos.
